Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Vishakhapatnam. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for researching market opportunities, generating new leads, building client relationships, and identifying strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating proposals, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service alignment. The role requires proactive engagement with prospects and a focus on exceeding business development targets.

  • Experience in Lead Generation and demonstrated ability to convert leads into business growth

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
