Job Description:

Import Export Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary import and export documents, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with international trade laws, regulations, and tariffs to ensure full compliance. This includes customs regulations, trade agreements, and import/export licensing.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the transportation of goods, including selecting shipping methods, carriers, and negotiating shipping rates. Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules.
Customs Clearance: Facilitate customs clearance processes, including filing import/export declarations, ensuring correct tariff classifications, and paying applicable duties and taxes.
