Internal Auditor

Job Descriptions:

- *A. Accounts & Finance Audit
- **Conduct audits of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.**
- Verify accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Review TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Check compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and internal policies.
- Audit banking transactions, LC settlements, forex dealings, and PCFC/ EPC loan utilization.
- Review adequacy of internal controls in budgeting, costing, and MIS reporting.

B. Export Operations Audit
- Verify export documentation: invoices, packing list, Bill of Lading, shipping bills, LC documents, etc.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, DGFT, Customs, GST, and Export Promotion Schemes (RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, etc.).
- Audit realization of export proceeds within statutory timelines.
- Review costing, pricing, and profitability of export orders.
- Check forex gain/loss reporting and hedging practices.
- Audit logistics, freight forwarding, insurance, CHA operations, and duty claim processes.

Risk Management & Controls
- Identify financial and operational risks across accounts and export departments.
- Assess adequacy of internal control systems; recommend improvements.
- Evaluate contract terms, customer credit risks, and vendor payment controls.
- Conduct surprise audits and fraud detection reviews.
- Min 2 years of experience in auditing/ accounting in CA Firm/Consultant firm etc.
- Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation, and forex transactions.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP related to accounting and finance

Working Conditions:

- Interdepartmental coordination as required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
