Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Management**: Supervises, motivates, and provides leadership to production workers. This includes training new employees and maintaining a skilled, efficient workforce.
- **Quality Control**: Monitors product quality and implements corrective actions if necessary. They ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- **Scheduling and Planning**: Develops and manages production schedules, ensuring that the necessary materials and labor are available.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensures all health and safety regulations are followed. Supervises safety protocols, handles accidents, and promotes a safe working environment.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensures machinery is functioning properly and schedules maintenance as needed to prevent downtime.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolves any issues or delays in production and works to continuously improve the production process.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Tracks production metrics, performance reports, and any other necessary documentation. Communicates progress to upper management.
