Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in Bengaluru South. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day team operations, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role includes training and mentoring team members, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and implementing best practices to optimize workflows. The Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, align with organizational goals, and uphold the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in project management, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) tools, CRM systems, and data analysis is an asset.
  • Experience in customer experience (CX) management or digital transformation is highly valued.
  • Knowledge in RPA, data annotation, or Machine Learning (ML) techniques is advantageous.
  • Proactive, results-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving organizational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
