Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Team Lead - Design Verification, located in Bengaluru South. The Team Lead will oversee the design verification process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Responsibilities include guiding a team of verification engineers, developing and executing verification plans, utilizing advanced verification methodologies, and collaborating across teams to achieve project milestones. Additionally, the Team Lead will provide technical expertise, conduct reviews, and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Verification methodologies, SystemVerilog, and UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
- Hands-on experience in debugging complex designs, creating testbenches, and developing reusable verification environments.
- Strong understanding of microarchitecture, RTL design, and system-level design.
- Expertise in scripting languages like Python, Perl, or TCL for automation.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills to guide and mentor verification engineers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and meeting project timelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
