Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead International Voice at T3Cogno, located in Bengaluru South. The Team Lead International Voice will manage daily operations of the international voice team, focusing on performance monitoring, process improvement, and team development. Responsibilities include handling escalations, coordinating with clients, training new representatives, and ensuring service-level agreements are met. This role requires excellent leadership, communication skills, and client relationship management.
