We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who can build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Manage client relationships by providing regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design) to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Up sell and cross-sell services based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and project progress in CRM tools.
- *Ensure client retention and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or CRM.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
