Sales Support & Leads management


Prepare and maintain sales reports & customer databases.

Track leads and update CRM/Excel records regularly.

Manage the complete lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion.

Capture, track, and update all sales leads in the CRM system.

Distribute qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives/teams.

Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff from campaigns, events, and digital channels.

Monitor lead response times and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion.

Maintain data hygiene in CRM by updating contact details, status, and activity logs.

Generate regular reports and dashboards on lead flow, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.

Identify bottlenecks in the lead management process and recommend improvements.

Support the sales team with insights on lead behavior, source effectiveness, and campaign ROI.
