JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Profile : Counter Sales

Education : Graduate

Experience : 1 + year

Salary : LPA ( negotiable )

Location : Rohtak

Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Customer Assistance:Greet and assist customers at the counter by understanding

their needs and recommending suitable products or services.

  1. Sales & Product Promotion:Promote and sell products to walk-in customers,

upselling and cross-selling where possible to achieve sales targets.

  1. Order Processing & Billing: Prepare invoices, process payments (cash, card, or

digital), and ensure accurate billing and documentation.

  1. Inventory & Stock Management:Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and

coordinate with the store or warehouse for replenishment.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with

customers by providing excellent service and handling complaints or queries promptly.

  1. Reporting & Coordination:Maintain daily sales reports, share feedback with

management, and coordinate with other departments (accounts, delivery, etc.) for smooth

operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹35,000.00 per month
