Job Summary The Beauty Advisor will represent Born16 Whitewolf our premium brands at retail outlets The role focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized beauty consultations product demonstrations and driving sales while maintaining the brand standards Key Responsibilities 1 Welcome customers and provide expert advice on Born16 Whitewolf range of cosmetics including foundation blush compact eye makeup and lip products and more 2 Demonstrate product application techniques to help customers choose shades and formulations suited to their skin tone and preferences 3 Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement upselling and cross-selling 4 Maintain a deep understanding of all Born16 Whitewolf products ingredients and unique brand values 5 Ensure product displays testers and counters are clean well-stocked and visually appealing 6 Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach 7 Maintain accurate sales records and assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks 8 Uphold store hygiene grooming and presentation standards as per brand guidelines Requirements 1-2 years of experience in cosmetic retail or beauty advisory roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for makeup and skincare Presentable confident and service-oriented personality Minimum 12th pass diploma certification in beauty makeup or cosmetology preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
