**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Assistance**:Greet and assist customers at the counter by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.

**2. Sales & Product Promotion**:Promote and sell products to walk-in customers, upselling and cross-selling where possible to achieve sales targets.

**3. Order Processing & Billing**:Prepare invoices, process payments (cash, card, or digital), and ensure accurate billing and documentation.

**4. Inventory & Stock Management**:Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate with the store or warehouse for replenishment.

**5. Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and handling complaints or queries promptly.

**6. Reporting & Coordination**:Maintain daily sales reports, share feedback with management, and coordinate with other departments (accounts, delivery, etc.) for smooth operations.
