We are seeking a dynamic AI/BI Solutions Specialist to act as a key enabler for our Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and Data teams. In this cross-functional role, you will drive the implementation and optimization of AI and BI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with data pipelines, platforms, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with AI, BI, and Data Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support the development, deployment, and scaling of AI/ML models and BI dashboards.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines and interfaces that connect predictive models with visualization tools.
  • Assist in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation activities.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical requirements.
  • Monitor model and dashboard performance and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
  • Help evaluate and integrate new AI/BI tools, platforms, and frameworks.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and meet compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in a data-centric role supporting AI/BI initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, tools (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, SageMaker), and model operations.
  • Experience working with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL processes.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives and communicate insights effectively.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with MLOps or BI DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision use cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
