Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a 
Business Development Executive
 with a 
strong sales background in Education & NGO sectors
, combined with 
technical understanding of electronics or telecom engineering
. The candidate should have 
2–3 years of relevant experience
 and a proven track record in building institutional relationships. Prior experience in the skilling ecosystem will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with colleges, universities (especially engineering institutions), NGOs, and training centers to promote our skilling and job-readiness programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops to onboard partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, training delivery, and partner support.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Participate in events, education fairs, and awareness campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the 
    skilling ecosystem
    , job-readiness programs, or government-led skill missions is preferred.

Educational
background in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Telecom, or related fields)
