Inside Sales Executive – EdTech Industry

Locations: Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai

Languages Required: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada (any one is mandatory)

Work Mode: Remote (Candidates must be based in the above cities)

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Inside Sales/EdTech/Tele-Sales preferred)

Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop

Eligibility: Male & Female candidates can apply

Salary: Up to 15–20% hike on last CTC

Joiners: Immediate joiners preferred

Working Days: 6 Days a week (Weekly Off: Monday & Tuesday)

Laptop: Mandatory

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join a fast-growing EdTech company. The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right educational program. While the role is remote, candidates must be based in Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and chat to explain EdTech products and services.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively pitching program benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead details.
  • Provide timely follow-ups to nurture leads and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or EdTech Sales.
  • Must own a personal laptop.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi proficiency required).
  • Target-driven, persuasive, and highly motivated for sales.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and convert leads effectively.
  • Must be based in Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week (Monday & Tuesday off).
