Job Description: Marketing Executive [ Pre Sales ] – Edtech Industry (Healthcare & Psych Testing)
Location: Delhi/NCR or PAN India
Industry: Education / Healthcare / EdTech / Mental Wellness
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Encouraged)
Reporting To: Sales Manager / MD
Salary: As per industry norms + Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are interested in starting a career in Sales & Business Development. You will be responsible for identifying potential school leads and connecting with them to promote student mental wellness services, psychological assessments, and healthcare screening solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify schools, colleges, and educational institutions as potential leads
• Make cold calls, send emails, and follow up to generate interest from clients
• Schedule appointments, product demos, webinars, and meetings for the sales team
• Maintain lead lists, call reports, and activity logs in CRM tools
• Support the sales team during events, seminars, and education fairs
• Understand product offerings and communicate them clearly to prospective clients
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in tele-calling / inside sales / lead generation
• Strong speaking skills and confidence while communicating with school authorities
