Job Title: Instructional Designer – Long-Term Project (Freelance/Contract)Location: Remote Project Duration: Long-term Engagement Type: Freelance/Contract-based Compensation:
•⁠ ⁠SB Review: ₹900 per unit + up to 20% incentive based on quality
•⁠ ⁠Peer Review: ₹350 per unit + up to 15% incentive based on quality
•⁠ ⁠Each course includes 8 units, each unit containing 25–50 slides/pages. Job Overview:We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Instructional Designers to collaborate with us on a long-term content development project. The role involves reviewing and enhancing educational content in line with our instructional guidelines, as well as participating in quality control through peer review.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Review and correct instructional content (First Round - SB Review) based on provided POC input materials and project guidelines.

  • ⁠ ⁠Structure the learning content to ensure clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
  • ⁠ ⁠Participate in Peer Reviews (Second Round) to evaluate fellow IDs' content, providing constructive feedback and ensuring final content quality.
  • ⁠ ⁠Adhere to provided checklists and follow the project workflow consistently.
  • ⁠ ⁠Meet defined deadlines and maintain high-quality output.

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in Instructional Design, curriculum development, or content writing in an eLearning or academic setting.

  • ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and content flow.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
  • ⁠ ⁠Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple units independently.
  • ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with digital content formats (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
