Job Category Human Resources About CleanHarbors Clean Harbors Inc is a NYSE listed US based 4 3 billion company Clean Harbors was founded in 1980 near Boston by Mr Alan S McKim who today remains the company s Chairman and CEO Everywhere industry meets environment Clean Harbors is on-site providing premier environmental energy and industrial services Clean Harbors employs a dedicated workforce of 18 000 employees and has over 450 service locations across the U S Canada and Mexico Beyond addressing the environmental needs of its more than 300 000 customers the Company has been on the front lines of addressing some of the largest emergency response events in North America of the past several decades including the BP Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico the anthrax attacks in New York the 2015 avian flu outbreak that devastated the poultry industry Hurricanes Katrina Rita and Sandy and the oil pipeline breaks that affected the Yellowstone and Kalamazoo rivers along with other major chemical releases into the environment Clean Harbors India has been strategically established as the Global Capability Center GCC to serve our parent company We take pride in serving some of the most tech savvy business stakeholders at Clean Harbors The GCC employees form part of our globally integrated teams that provide cutting-edge IT solutions and production support across platforms Our shared services teams work seamlessly with their global counterparts in providing critical 24x7 support in various functions including Finance HR Procurement IT and Operations Our aggressive growth plans open significant career advancement opportunities for our employees Responsibilities Job Role Sr associate Process Specialist Subject Matter Expert Instructional DesignLocation Hebbal Bangalore Work From Office Shifts 3 PM - 12 AMProcess GCC - HRSS - Instructional DesignRole Brief The Instructional Design person is responsible for planning designing and developing eLearning training content for the organization This includes meeting with business process owners to understand course requirements preparation of storyboards and construction of eLearning courses most typically using Articulate software This is an ID role where you will primarily be supporting the projects from partner teams supporting India United States Canada Mexico and Puerto Rico Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes and acting in a safe manner always Understanding of cognitive flow structure and sequencing of information in a manner best suited to meet the learning outcomes Experience with Projects Program Management and Addie Development Lifecycle Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the Project Manager around scope and solution Support instructional design needs across all Clean Harbors US Canada Design and develop learning deliverables utilizing basic tools and templates Create storyboards and design specifications to be used as blueprint instructions for content development Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations to improve learner engagement and content retention Develop pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs for continuous improvement in individual team business unit and organizational performance Collaborate with subject matter experts team members and project managers to understand course requirements key learning objectives and audience definitions Escalate any issues affecting the timeliness or scope of the instructional design development project Qualifications Skill Expectations Overall 3 years of experience with Instructional Designing learning management systems designing tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Exceptional interpersonal critical thinking and problem-solving skills High level of computer proficiency Microsoft Office Experience in managing direct connects with stakeholders partner teams Effective organizational skillsxe2x80x8b and time management skills Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to manage changexe2x80x8b strong attention to detail and multi-tasking Experience in Oracle MS office tool will be an added advantage Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Highly self-motivated Expertise in industry-standard design or rapid authoring tools such as Articulate or Snagit Experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Be proficient with using tools like Canva Articulate Storyline and Play HT Any previous experience with Graphical design would be good add on to the team Any Graduate Postgraduate in any stream
