Job Title: UPVC Sales & Marketing Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: kochi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell UPVC windows and doors. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience in the construction sector or UPVC industry, with strong client-handling and field sales abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate, residential, and commercial sectors.
  • Meet builders, architects, contractors, and dealers to promote UPVC products.
  • Conduct site visits and understand client requirements for UPVC doors/windows.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and daily/weekly reports to the manager.
  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams for quotations, site measurements, and deliveries.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, or UPVC industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in the field.
  • Basic knowledge of UPVC products (training will be provided if needed).
  • Familiarity with local market and construction trends.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
  • Proficiency in local language; basic English and computer skills.

Education:

  • Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Civil Engineering background is a plus).
