Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

This role will primarily involve meeting potential and existing clients, promoting products or

services, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with

excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients,

conduct face-to-face meetings, and foster long-term relationships.

  • Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, tailoring

presentations to their needs and pain points.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals while

ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress

towards goals in CRM systems or other tracking tools.

  • Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and

generate repeat business or referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in field sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Need two wheeler and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry (if applicable).
  • Familiarity with local market and geography.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
