  • Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Development Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential leads.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a focus on building relationships.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of sales cycles and B2B sales processes.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time
