- Maintain up-to-date records of lead interactions, sales activities, and status in the CRM system.
- Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation activity, conversion rates, and sales outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on lead generation progress.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Development Representative, or similar role.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential leads.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of sales cycles and B2B sales processes.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
