Location: Titanium Business Park, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0–1 year of experience who is eager to build their career and grow with our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who are passionate about business growth, client engagement, and sales development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
* Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and client database building.
* Support senior team members in client presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0–1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (Freshers welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Nice to Have (Optional):
Knowledge of IT/software industry sales.
Experience in LinkedIn outreach or digital lead generation.
