Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee the overall operational activities of AIC-IIITKottayam, ensuring achievement of organizational objectives and the incubation center's mission. Responsibilities include management, business, fostering partnerships, guiding startup incubation activities, and driving innovation. The CEO will play a key leadership role, working closely with Directors to develop and execute initiatives to support startups and entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Finance, including budget management, fundraising, and financial planning
  • Strong skills in Operations Management and Business Planning
  • Experience in Sales and driving revenue growth, particularly in an entrepreneurial or startup ecosystem
  • Expertise in Strategic Planning to define and execute long-term goals and initiatives
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the technology startup ecosystem and prior experience in incubation or innovation programs is an advantage
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
