At TestDel, we are experiencing significant growth and are on the lookout for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Tester to contribute to our thriving environment. As a key player in our team, you will report to the Test Manager and collaborate with diverse testing teams to uphold the highest quality standards in our projects.

Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow HRSD Tester, you will be an integral part of our dynamic testing ecosystem. Please note that experience with the ServiceNow platform is a fundamental requirement for this role. Applications without this experience will not be considered. Key responsibilities include:

  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD Module of ServiceNow platform is essential.
  • Proven experience in testing within an iterative, continuous integration environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in various types of test script creation and execution.
  • Collaborate effectively with the development team for retesting post-defect resolution.
  • Adherence to the test plan and Methods Test Strategy to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Active participation across all test phases, with a focus on engaging in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to regression testing, particularly during platform upgrades.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to maintain a professional demeanour and customer focus while addressing complex issues.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Person Specification:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Fundamentals/Sys Admin Certification.
  • Knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies.
