The Opportunity
This isn't just another sales role. As a core member of our sales team, you will have unparalleled ownership of the enterprise sales cycle and a direct impact on our revenue growth. You will be instrumental in building our enterprise client base from the ground up, defining sales strategies, and paving the way for us to scale 10x. Key Responsibilities:
- Build the Pipeline: Proactively identify, research, and qualify high-potential enterprise accounts that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Execute the Sales Cycle: Manage the full, complex sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls to delivering compelling product demonstrations, leading contract negotiations, and closing deals.
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute creative, targeted outreach strategies to engage senior decision-makers (VPs, CXOs) in marketing, sales, and technology departments.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business challenges and effectively articulating the value and ROI of our AI marketing platform.
- CRM Management: Meticulously track all sales activities, manage your pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts using our CRM.
- Collaborate and Strategize: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and provide crucial market feedback to the product and leadership teams to influence our roadmap.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a closing role specifically within Enterprise SaaS sales is a must.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and experience navigating enterprise procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior executives.
- A "hunter" mentality with a relentless drive to build a sales pipeline from the ground up.
- Proficiency with modern CRM/chat softwares
- Familiarity with the marketing technology (MarTech) landscape, digital marketing concepts (social media, digital ads), or AI applications is a significant plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
