Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Hiring Assistant (Sourcing Specialist) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various roles across departments. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Support HR operations and onboarding activities when required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing (preferred in manufacturing or FMCG sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented personality.
