**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1-2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **general administrative duties**, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Schedule and coordinate **meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements**.
- Prepare **reports, presentations, and spreadsheets** as required.
- Maintain and update **office records and databases**.
- Order and manage **office supplies and inventory**.
- Assist with **invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping**.
- Support HR functions, such as **onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records**.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven **experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)**.
- Strong **organizational and time management skills**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication abilities**.
- Ability to **multi-task and work under pressure**.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **basic accounting or HR support**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
