Position: Sales Coordinator & Tender Executive

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales & Tender Executive to join our Sales Team.

Job Profile:

  • Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
  • Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
  • Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
  • Coordination with field sales team and customers
  • Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
  • Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information Required.
  • Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Reviewing and analyzing tender documents to identify the key requirements and scope of work.
  • Preparing and coordinating tender submissions, including compiling necessary documents and ensuring they are submitted within the deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, legal, and finance, to obtain necessary information and support for the tender submission.
  • Participating in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other activities to gather information and clarify requirements.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, proposals, and other legal documents related to the tender submission.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Positive Attitude
  • Ability to adapt new thing quickly
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
