
Hiring HR Trainee

Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, personnel dossier management, and employee life cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.)
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
3. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
4. Support in making job offers and onboarding new hires
Personnel Dossier Management1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
2. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
3. Update employee information and documents
Employee Life Cycle Management1. Assist in onboarding process for new employees
2. Support employees during their tenure (training, development, etc.)
3. Coordinate exit processes for departing employees
Requirements:1. Pursuing or completed degree in HR, Business, or related field
2. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality
5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Nice to Have:1. Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
2. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
