We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People team across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and operations. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and trackers
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in drafting HR communication, policies, and memos
  • Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and basic compliance
  • Shadow and support HRBPs in daily people operations

Qualifications

  • Prior internship experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory
