Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring daily cash positions across multiple schemes
  • Ensure timely funding for redemptions, purchases, and trades settlements
  • Coordinate with Fund Accounting team to reconcile cash balances
  • Manage relationships with various Banking partners
  • Oversee fund transfers and payment processing
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines
  • Timely reporting of funds with accuracy to Investment Team, to optimize utilization of idle cash
  • Track interest income and bank charges across accounts
  • Prepare daily cash reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Reconcile bank statements with fund accounting records
  • Assist in audit and regulatory reporting requirements

What makes you a good fit?

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Mutual Fund banking operations
  • Decent understanding of Mutual Fund industry, product and settlement processes
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
