Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for the position of Purchasing Executive. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders and requisitions, coordinating procurement activities, and maintaining supplier communication. The role involves ensuring streamlined purchasing processes, negotiating with vendors, and monitoring stock levels to meet the company's operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
  • Strong Procurement skills and experience in sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors
  • Effective Communication and organizational skills for vendor and cross-department collaboration
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in using purchase management tools or software
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement role is advantageous
