Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive based in Surat. The Purchase Executive will manage purchase orders, process purchase requisitions, and oversee purchase management activities. Responsibilities include sourcing and procuring materials, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. Additionally, the role requires close coordination with team members to meet organizational needs efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management processes
  • Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams
  • Experience or knowledge in Procurement with a focus on sourcing quality materials
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant procurement software is an advantage
  • Prior experience in the garment or retail industry is a plus
