· Qualification and Skills Requirement:

Any graduate with min 2.5 to 4 yrs experience in recruitment with IT delivery set up

Skills :

· Efficient at handling volumes of hirings

· Attention to detail and maturity in interactions

· Excellent communication skills- written, speaking and data Presentation

· Ability to work under pressure and deliver results

· Good at self organizing and planning work, speed to execution is key

· Meticulous in data handling and reporting on metrics

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Handle client communication, understand hiring needs, and deliver on niche skill requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer approvals with hiring managers and HR.
  • Track recruitment progress in ATS, maintain hiring metrics, and present weekly reports to stakeholders.
  • Participate in recruitment drives and events; ensure timely closures and stakeholder satisfaction.

Reporting Structure:

o The onsite Recruiting support/ s (recruiter/s) will coordinate with Client's HR team for operational purposes and recruitment activities.

Compensations:
5 to 6 lakhs plus handsome incentives ( performance based )
