Back Office Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations in the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and data-related tasks to ensure smooth backend processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintenance of insurance records
- Preparing and uploading proposals, endorsements, and policy documents
- Coordinating with underwriting and claims teams for documentation
- Tracking pending documents, follow-ups with clients/agents
- Assisting in preparing MIS reports and client data sheets
- Scanning, filing, and organizing physical & digital documents
- Handling emails and internal communication effectively
- Supporting sales and servicing team with back-end work
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of general insurance terms and process preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
