Job Brief

We are looking for a Factory Manager to join the growing team of our client. In this role, you will play a key part in making sure our garment manufacturing runs smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, managing processes, and keeping everything on track, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily garment manufacturing operations.
  • Manage inventory, production records, reports, and P&L.
  • Work with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and a smooth supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with garment production standards and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Use tools like Microsoft Excel and Tally to maintain accurate reports.
  • Lead and guide your team with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adapt to changing situations, handle pressure, and deliver results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in garment manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of garment production processes and compliance standards.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Telugu is a plus.
