Role Overview

We are hiring a Factory Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations at our Cherlapally, Hyderabad manufacturing unit. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with strong operational, technical, and people management skills who can drive efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of the manufacturing facility at Cherlapally.
  • Plan, monitor, and ensure timely production of custom equipment as per client specifications.
  • Lead production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and dispatch teams.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices, cost control measures, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and all statutory regulations.
  • Manage workforce allocation, training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
  • Prepare and present production reports, operational KPIs, and improvement plans to senior management.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing; preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or fabrication industry.
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading multi-disciplinary factory teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Exposure to fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, hydraulics, or electrical systems is preferred.
  • Tools: Familiarity with ERP, production planning software, and lean tools.
  • Certifications: Exposure to ISO standards, safety audits, and industrial regulations.
