Role Overview

As
Production & Logistics Coordinator

, you will be at the center of Maryadha's operations — connecting design, production, quality, logistics, and compliance into one seamless narrative.

You will work closely with our curated brand factories, third-party manufacturers, shippers, and quality control partners to ensure that every Maryadha product meets the highest global standards — both in craftsmanship and in compliance.

This is a
hands-on leadership role

for someone who thrives in detail, communication, and accountability — and who understands the product deeply enough to spot opportunities for excellence at every stage.

What You'll Do
1. Production & Brand Factory Coordination

• Serve as the key communication bridge between Maryadha and its brand factory/manufacturing partners.
• Translate design and production intent into clear, actionable processes for manufacturers.
• Track production timelines, troubleshoot delays, and ensure adherence to Maryadha's standards of quality and finish.

2. Logistics & Export Operations

• Liaise directly with
  third-party shippers

and
freight forwarders

to ensure on-time and compliant international shipments.
- Prepare and manage
export documentation

— invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Oversee shipment progress until products reach
international waters

, maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.

3. Insurance & Compliance

• Coordinate
  marine and transit insurance

for every export shipment.
- Handle insurance documentation and claims as needed, ensuring full coverage and compliance.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure all shipments comply with
international trade laws

U.S. import regulations

4. Quality Control & Standards

• Partner with
  third-party QC agencies

to verify product compliance with both
brand standards

and
international requirements

- Review QC reports, oversee corrective measures, and ensure traceability from production through export.
- Champion consistency and integrity in every product that carries the Maryadha name.

5. Documentation & Product Mastery

• Maintain
  in-depth product knowledge — from raw materials to final packaging — and understand

how every component contributes to quality.
- Hold strong familiarity with
U.S. import documentation

, customs requirements, and related certifications.
- Support cross-functional discussions with design, storytelling, and sourcing through product insights and technical clarity.

Who You Are

• A detail-oriented, globally minded professional with
  4–8 years

of experience in
production, logistics, or international operations

, preferably in
luxury fashion, textiles, or lifestyle exports

- Deeply knowledgeable in
U.S. import documentation

, international shipping standards, and
INCOTERMS

.
- Comfortable managing multiple vendors, QC agencies, and logistics partners with efficiency and tact.
- Proactive, solution-driven, and comfortable operating in a
founder-led, fast-evolving environment
