
Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Inside Sales professional to join our team at Asset Global. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a pivotal role in the initial stages of the sales cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, provide detailed project information, and effectively nurture prospects to secure site visits for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification:
- Handle incoming inquiries from various marketing channels, including phone calls, emails, and website forms.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their specific requirements, budget, timeline, and preferences.
- Systematically qualify leads to determine their potential for conversion and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Customer Engagement:
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling propositions of our real estate projects.
- Address client questions and concerns with professional and knowledgeable responses.
- Build rapport with prospects to establish trust and a positive brand image.
Sales Pipeline Support:
- Schedule and confirm site visits for qualified leads with our field sales executives.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest to ensure continued engagement.
- Assist in maintaining a healthy and organized sales pipeline.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of all projects, including floor plans, amenities, pricing, legal details, and RERA regulations.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Qualifications
- Freshers or Max 2 years of experience in an inside sales, pre-sales, or tele-sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly over the phone.
- Proficiency in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly targets.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
