Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Pre-Sales and Sales Executive in Real Estate. The Pre-Sales and Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, providing product information to prospective clients, conducting market research, organizing site visits, and closing sales deals. The role also includes coordinating with marketing and sales teams, developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • 6 Months to 3 years of experience in the Real estate industry
  • Market research and sales strategy development skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and closing sales deals
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree
