Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
a) Identify and reach out to potential clients in corporate, government, and educational sectors.
b) Research #market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in e-learning and L&D domains.
- Sales & Business Growth
a) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
b) Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations for solutions such as Moodle customization, e-learning content, and KnowxBox courses.
c) Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders (including GeM bids).
- Client Relationship Management
a) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
b) Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal team for solution design and proposal preparation.
- Collaboration & Reporting
a) Work closely with #marketing, project, and technical teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
b) Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
- #Market Development & Branding
a) Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, webinars, and conferences.
b) Suggest #marketing collaterals, campaigns, and partnership strategies to strengthen market presence.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business, #Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships (preferably in E-Learning / EdTech / SaaS / LMS / Training Solutions).
- Strong understanding of L&D, Moodle, SCORM, and digital learning ecosystems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing collaboration.
