We've completed a successful pilot and are now launching full-scale in our first localities. We're building our core operations team
and looking for a
City Operations Lead
to run the ground game and help us scale.

Pay & Perks

  • Base salary: ₹20,000–₹24,000/month
  • Incentive:
    5% of order value
    from your locality (AOV ~₹1,000 → ₹50/order)
  • Fuel allowance: As applicable
  • Direct growth path to
    Head of City Ops
    within 12–18 months

Noida (local travel required)

Full-time, mix of field work + customer handling

What You'll Do

  • Manage delivery executives, quality control and vendors
  • Oversee daily pickups & drops
  • Handle customer queries (WhatsApp / phone)
  • Collaborate with societies, shops, and local partners for customer acquisition
  • Track orders, KPIs, and SLAs; drive operational improvements

Targets

  • SLA: ≥95% on-time pickups/drops

You Are

  • 1–4 years in ops / delivery management / field sales (or proven hustle)
  • Lives in Noida, knows local societies well
  • Owns a two-wheeler + valid license (preferred)
  • Comfortable with both desk work (calls, tracking) and field work (visits)

We just completed the pilot and are now preparing to go full throttle. You will become part of the
founding team
we are building.

  • Reach and win customers
  • Build partnerships with Societies and RWAs
  • Build relationships with our customers and vendors
  • Shape service experience for our customers
