About Us:
We are a fast-growing IT & ITeS solutions company specializing in Web & Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, and related services. We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our team and contribute to driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Explain company services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings/demos with the business development/technical team.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients for repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and share proposals/quotations in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with 1–2 years of experience in IT & ITeS sales.
- Strong understanding of web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and branding services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
