Role Overview: As a Google Ads Specialist & SEO professional with 2 to 5 years of experience, you will be joining Nature Technologies, a global software development and digital marketing company based in Kolkata, India. Your primary focus will be on managing organic and paid strategies for both in-house and client projects, with a key emphasis on delivering ROI and ensuring growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube. - Conduct keyword research, optimize bids, monitor campaign performance, and generate custom reports. - Perform technical SEO audits, develop keyword strategies, optimize on-page elements, create SEO-friendly content, and monitor keyword rankings. - Handle client communication, gather briefs, provide updates, deliver performance reports, and align strategies with client business goals and target audience. - Present SEO and PPC findings and recommendations clearly and professionally to clients. - Track and report on KPIs for SEO and PPC campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads dashboard. - Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, advertising platform updates, and experiment with new strategies, formats, and automation tools in both SEO and PPC. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads. - Proven experience in managing international clients. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs. - Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
