Job Summary:

Pabs & Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Consultant
with strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and auditing. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed or are pursuing their
CA, CA Inter, or CA Final
, and are looking to deepen their practical exposure across diverse client portfolios. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, leading audits, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using
    Tally / Zoho Books / Busy
    .
  • Prepare, review, and finalize
    financial statements
    in compliance with
    Ind AS / IGAAP
    .
  • Handle
    GST, TDS, and Income Tax
    filings and reconciliations.
  • Support and lead
    statutory, internal, and tax audits
    .
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain well-documented client records and communication.
  • Guide junior team members where necessary and coordinate with clients independently.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified
    CA / CA Inter / CA Finalist
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    accounting, taxation, and auditing practices
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Tally
    and proficiency in
    advanced MS Excel
    .
  • Practical exposure to
    GST, TDS, and IT returns
    .
  • 3–6 years of stable experience with
    CA firms
    or
    corporate accounting teams
    .
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and client-handling capability.
