We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team and take ownership of critical accounting operations, compliance management, and financial reporting.

Role Overview

As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, and preparing accurate financial reports. You will also assist in process improvement, audit coordination, and managing a small team or junior accountants where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and bank operations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and financial reviews.
  • Monitor monthly and quarterly closings, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
  • Guide and support junior accounting staff in daily tasks and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, corporate tax, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
