Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company located in the heart of Gurugram, India. We are a team of focused, determined, and enthusiastic professionals with expertise in managing parking spaces. We can deter unauthorized parking in commercial property, residential areas, and other places. Indus Parking Services takes care of the entire parking enforcement process. We also provide Operational Support to our parent company, Euro Parking Services, based out of Birmingham, UK.

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive being responsible for managing the day-to-day cash flow of the organization including making invoices, maintaining records of transactions, monitoring expenses, and providing reports to the management for financial analysis.

As a Senior Accounts Executive your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing journal entries.
  • Completing general ledger operations.
  • Handling Monthly closings and preparing of monthly financial statements.
  • Reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts.
  • Drawing up monthly financial reports.
  • Preparing analysis of accounts as requested.
  • Assisting with yearend closings.
  • Administrating accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Preparing tax computations.
  • Assisting in preparing budgets and forecasts.
  • Assisting with payroll administration.
  • Monitoring and resolving bank issues including fee anomalies and checking differences.
  • Handling Account/bank reconciliations.
  • Reviewing and processing expense reports.

Required Skillset:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Educational Qualifications: Commerce Graduate/ Master.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication skill and smart candidate is preferred.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Ability to keep documents and data well organised.
