Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in modular and office furniture projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end furniture projects, from order handover to final installation and handover.

Plan, execute, and monitor modular and office furniture projects including workstations, storage units, seating, partitions, and custom furniture.

Coordinate with design, production, procurement, logistics, and installation teams.

Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and timelines.

Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to understand requirements and ensure adherence to specifications.

Conduct site visits, supervise installations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and execution.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Ensure proper documentation including drawings, approvals, change orders, and project reports.

Handle project closures, snag lists, and final handover documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of modular furniture systems and office furniture solutions.

Hands-on experience in project execution and site coordination.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.

Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Excel, and basic ERP or project management tools.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Experience

510 years of relevant experience in modular furniture, office furniture, or interior fit-out projects.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with corporate offices, IT parks, or commercial interiors.

Familiarity with Bangalore project sites and vendor ecosystem.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
