Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver our technology projects in the area of track-and-trace solutions and process automation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in handling large-scale technology deployments. Prior experience in SAP/ERP implementations is a significant advantage, as it demonstrates strong skills in documentation, stakeholder management, and budget control. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of track-and-trace solution projects, from initiation to closure. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business requirements. Coordinate with internal technical teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, requirements, test plans, risk registers, progress reports). Track and maintain project budgets, invoices, and financial reporting. Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively to ensure smooth delivery. Conduct project status meetings and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders. Support solution validation, testing, and go-live activities. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to PMO best practices. Key Competencies: Strong leadership and stakeholder management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. High attention to detail with a structured and disciplined approach. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in technology projects (preferably supply chain, logistics, or track-and-trace domains).
Previous experience with ERP/SAP deployments (as PM or part of the implementation team) is a strong plus.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
