Manager – Customer Support Operations

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead customer support operations across voice and chat teams. The role demands a balance of people management, client coordination, and performance optimization to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple teams or business lines within the customer support function.
  • Oversee delivery metrics, client expectations, and service-level adherence.
  • Conduct business reviews and drive strategic improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strong governance across performance, compliance, and quality parameters.
  • Develop leadership pipelines and mentor team leads and assistant managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and optimize operational outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support, with at least 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams and client deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations, performance metrics, and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and reporting tools.
